Billing Overview

PFX Logix by PFX Logistics may offer paid software tools, subscriptions, services, and future platform access. This policy outlines how billing, renewals, refunds, and payment-related concerns are handled across our products and services.

Section 02

Subscription Payments

Subscriptions may renew automatically based on the selected billing plan (monthly, annual, or otherwise) unless canceled before the renewal date. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method until you cancel.

Section 03

Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted to billing@pfxlogix.com and will be reviewed based on:

  • Product or service type
  • Usage and account activity
  • Eligibility under the applicable plan terms

Approved refunds are typically returned to the original payment method.

Section 04

FleetSweeper™ App Billing

FleetSweeper™ app payments may be processed through app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play) or third-party payment platforms, depending on availability. Refunds for app store purchases may be subject to the policies of the respective platform.

Section 05

FleetKeeper™ Platform Billing

FleetKeeper™ billing may include subscriptions, account plans, or service-based fees once the platform is active. Specific pricing, plan tiers, and renewal terms will be presented at the time of signup.

Section 06

Failed Payments

Failed payments — due to expired cards, insufficient funds, or other issues — may result in interrupted access to PFX Logix services until the billing issue is resolved. We may attempt to reprocess payments and notify you to update your payment information.

Section 07

Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions according to the terms of their selected plan or through the payment provider used at signup. App store subscriptions must be canceled directly through the App Store or Google Play account settings.

Section 08

Third-Party Payment Providers

Payment processing may be handled through third-party providers such as Stripe, Apple App Store, Google Play, or other payment processors. These providers maintain their own terms, privacy policies, and security standards that govern how payment information is handled.
